**Astro Ramuje Shastri – Cancellation Policy**

Due to the highly personalized nature of these services, we have established a detailed cancellation policy to ensure fair and considerate handling of all scheduled appointments.
1. **Cancellation Period**
– Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within this period will not incur any fee, and clients can reschedule at their convenience. However, late cancellations—those made less than 24 hours before the appointment—will be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. **Same-Day Cancellations**
– For same-day cancellations, clients will be charged 50% of the consultation fee as it becomes challenging to fill the appointment slot at short notice. This fee ensures respect for the astrologer’s time and availability, given the high demand for sessions with Astro Ramuje Shastri.
3. **No-Show Policy**
– If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged. This policy is in place due to the time and preparation involved in each reading, ensuring that sessions are reserved for committed clients who value the service.
4. **Refund Policy**
– We offer a refund only for cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time. For clients who have prepaid, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. For cancellations outside this timeframe, refunds are not available due to the time and effort invested in preparing each session.
5. **Rescheduling Policy**
– Clients can reschedule their appointment once, free of charge, as long as they provide 24 hours’ notice. Any subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a small administrative fee. This policy is designed to accommodate unforeseen changes while maintaining a structured booking system for all clients.
6. **Emergency Exceptions**
– In the case of unforeseen emergencies, clients may contact us to explain the situation. While the cancellation policy generally applies, exceptions can be made at the discretion of Astro Ramuje Shastri, especially in cases of medical or family emergencies.
7. **Group and Corporate Bookings**
– For group sessions or corporate events, a minimum notice of 72 hours is required for cancellations. This ensures adequate preparation time and availability for larger groups, as these sessions involve more time and resources.
8. **Changes by Astro Ramuje Shastri**
– If Astro Ramuje Shastri needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a priority rescheduling option. In such cases, clients are also eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled session at their convenience.
9. **Payment and Cancellation Fees**
– Cancellation and no-show fees are payable via the same method used for the initial booking. Clients will be notified of any applicable charges before they are processed, ensuring transparency throughout the transaction.
10. **Policy Agreement**
– By booking a session with Astro Ramuje Shastri, clients acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy. This understanding allows us to maintain the quality and reliability of our services for all clients.
